Friday 17th October | 6pm

The Rockfield Centre - Rowan Room Cafe, Oban, PA34 5DQ

Up for curry and a wee jig? The Oban Lions are hosting a fundraiser for a prostate screening awareness campaign. Each year there are over 55,000 new cases of prostate cancer and over 12,000 deaths but while PSA (prostate specific antigen) testing is not routine, it can be requested to help catch cancer early but it costs out of pocket.

So put on your glad rags for a two course meal, music, raffle, prizes and dancing, to raise money to help fund this screening campaign and get the boys checked!

Night’s Entertainment | The Friday Collective

The Friday Collective is a group of local musicians who share the enjoyment of playing music together.  The band features 5 different singers and a wide range of musical styles - from John Lennon to Johnny Cash, from Scottish folk-to Jamaican reggae!  With a high feel-good factor, the band hopes you will find some old favourites among their songs and discover sone new ones.

Variety of tickets available with all proceeds going towards PSA testing for men over 45.
