Through blending my skills and experience as a tutor, coach, and mixed media artist, I am passionate about providing fun and engaging opportunities for you to explore processes of creating art that can empower you to gain greater confidence in who you are as you explore your creative potential.

Join us on a journey of creativity with three “ hands-on” workshop sessions which will also introduce you to Gaelic words and phrases. These relaxed creative sessions will allow you to learn and make your own scrapbook reflecting elements of your connections to place and your own personal journey. Listen and perhaps learn some Gaelic as you create your unique keepsake.

Be inspired by the fascinating cultural heritage materials from “Sandy - North Lorn” journals and other scrapbooks held in our heritage group collections archive. All materials provided - sessions will utilise recycled and donated materials to make a scrapbook (leabhar-mhìr).

No prior experience required just an open mind to learn and have fun creating. Workshop learning session will be led by Jake MacInnes - Artist and Dawud Duncan - Gaelic Storyteller. This workshop is part of our “Cultural Heritage Rekindled” project funded by Bòrd na Gàidhlig.
